This Cranberry Mimosa is a fun and festive holiday drink served anytime of the day. Enjoy a glass at brunch or in the evening.
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 4 oz triple sec
- 1 bottle champagne
- In a large pitcher combine the cranberry juice, triple sec and champagne. Serve right away.
Garnish your glasses with sugar by rubbing the edge of the glass with lime and dipping it in sugar before pouring in your drink. A nice sparkling wine can be used instead of champagne.
