Country Stars Reflect on 9/11 Anniversary

It was 16 years ago today that our nation changed forever. The anniversary of 9/11 is always a somber time of reflection and remembrance. Some folks commemorate it as a day of service, or thank military and first responders by bringing them food or sending hand-written cards.

Everyone has a different way to memorialize that day. Most people recall exactly where they were at the moment they found out about it. Maren Morris tweeted that she was in 6th grade when it happened. Charlie Daniels posted a whole blog entry about his experience. Others simply posted "Never forget."
