Everyone knows that going to a concert in general carries some risks. People get drunk, people get rowdy, put them in a confined space... yeah.
But it's not a difficult thing to ask that people try and curb their emotions when kids are involved in the risk. Unfortunately, alcohol isn't the best thing to reason with in the world, so things like this happen.
It was a normal show for country star Koe Wetzel on his The Night Champion World Tour. He was performing in Washington D.C. at The Anthem on Thursday, August 20, to scores of adoring fans.
But then, a fight broke out. And a little boy was right there in the middle of it, per Whiskey Riff. Somehow, Wetzel managed to spot the fight spark up and then gesture to his security to sort things out.
And, naturally, he got the boy up onto the stage in one of the most heart-melting moments anyone could have ever asked for. He sang along to "Forever" with Wetzel, and even got the chance to address the crowd at the end of the song.
He exclaimed, "My name is Eli! What's up D.C.?" How adorable is that!
The country star also took the chance to chide the crowd a little for letting a fight like that happen in the first place. "We can't be letting fights start up over here," he exclaimed.

Of course, a heartwarming moment like that means that Koe Wetzel deserves his flowers.
And that's exactly what he got online. One commenter wrote, "that baby will remember this for the rest of his life," with another exclaiming, "Love how much he's changed since becoming a dad!"
