Megan Moroney unfortunately cut her concert at the Ball Arena in Denver short. She was suffering from an illness and, despite trying to fight through it, found herself unable to continue with the show. The country star was clearly distraught about the decision.

To begin her show, Moroney performed "Stupid," "Medicine," and "Bless Your Heart." However, she was clearly struggling to be anywhere near her best. That's when she addressed the crowd.
"This is obviously the last thing I would want to do, but I am obviously extremely sick and I thought I did everything to make myself better but then obviously two songs in I just can't play this song tonight," Moroney said. "I will make it up to you guys, I absolutely promise I'll be back, y'all will be able to come, but I want to give you guys the show you deserve. And I'm probably going to go cry in my dressing room now. I'm sorry."
Of course, the video of Moroney addressing the crowd has since been posted to TikTok and begun to go viral. Still, you only need to watch the opening moments to see that Moroney is struggling, which makes her decision understandable.

As you scroll through the comments section of the TikTok video that has now surfaced, you can see that fans completely understood Moroney's decision and sympathised with her situation.
"I traveled from Dallas to Denver and I was front row and waited for a very long time," one fan noted. "I know it's not her fault but poor girl you can see her pushing through singing medicine."
Another fan shared their sympathy for the country star.
"That's so horrible that she had to do that announcement herself, but very brave of her! It sounds like these people booing as well what is wrong with people?"
Other commentors praised Moroney for addressing the fans in attendence herself, rather than having a member of her team do so.
"I'm not even a fan, but this takes GUTS to address the crowd DIRECTLY and publicly prioritize your health and wellbeing," a fan shared. "I hope she feels better and knows that she's making the right decision."
Hopefully, Moroney will be back to her best soon, and can continue to impress on her "Cloud 9" tour.
