In an interview with MassLive, Kimberly revealed that when Whit's birthday came around, she knew she had to do the most. For a special treat, the Mississippi native combined her love of Boston with her love for Whit and imported some special lobster rolls just for the occasion.

"We love a good lobster roll in this family," she explained. "In fact, I imported some lobster for our son's birthday down in Tennessee because I love the lobster rolls so much in Boston."

Boston is known for its fish due to its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. While it's often credited for its tasty Atlantic Cod, the lobster there is apparently fantastic as well. I guess I'll have to try and see for myself.

The Band Perry Sets off on Their 'Homecoming' Tour

The Band Perry is taking on the winter madness in the best way they know how, by going on tour! Their 2026 Homecoming Tour marks a return to their country rock roots. The tour has them performing at venues across the US, including a few casinos and festivals.

While announcing the band's return to Big Machine Label Group, Kimberly Perry spoke on the purpose of the new tour. "To bring the foundation of everything we've built together into a new season of creativity means the world," she shared. "This reunion feels like a second chance, a deeper chapter, and we're just so grateful to be writing it with the family who believed in us first."

She also highlighted that her husband, Johnny Costello, would officially be joining the band on Instagram. Costello replaced her brother, Neil Perry, on vocals and mandolin after he chose to move on to other things.

"As we return for this show," the group shared in December, "We are pleased to announce the addition of our newest family member, Johnny Costello, on mando and guitar. We wish Neil the most success on his solo journey."

As The Band Perry continues their Homecoming Tour in 2026, they have several performances in Colorado and a rescheduled performance in Oklahoma to look forward to.
