The country singer said his health is the reason he's taking a pause. Moore needs to focus on his own health and being healthy. In an Instagram post, Moore stressed that this was not a decision that he made lightly.

"I've made the decision to take some time to focus on my health," Moore said. "As a result, I'll be stepping away from touring for a short period and will be unable to perform some upcoming shows. This is the right decision for me and my family, and I appreciate everyone's understanding and support."

However, it doesn't sound like the pause will be for too long. In fact, you'll probably be able to catch a Justin Moore concert later this year. He concluded, "I look forward to getting back out there later this summer and doing what I love most."

Moore didn't provide any more specifics on the cause of the break in touring. But the country music icon is more than entitled to his privacy, especially when it comes to his health.

Moore found plenty of support online, including from other country music artists as well.

"Take care of YOU brother and those kiddos and mama," Jake Owen wrote.

Priscilla Block also wrote, "????????love you JM."

Moore has long tried to balance his personal life with his professional. That included moving back to Arkansas from Nashville after making his big break.

"I would not still be doing this for a living if I didn't live here," Moore said at the time. "I just wasn't happy. I don't think you can perform your best at your craft unless you're happy. It was the right move for us, and it's been wonderful."

He said he saw Nashville as a means to an end.

"I always just looked at it like a necessary part of my journey while I was trying to achieve my dreams," he said.
