In case you missed it, country artist Shaboozey appeared on Beyoncé's 2024 album Cowboy Carter. He showed up on two tracks specifically - "Spaghettii", and "Sweet Honey Buckiin". And, in a pretty heartwarming turn of events, it turns out they've stayed friends.
As reported by People, he opened up about his lasting relationship with her - and just how she's helped him in the years since the album.
"I honestly consider her a really good friend at this point," he explained. "Anytime there's something going on, she's always sending congratulations, posting me on the page, always celebrating my accomplishments."
The country star said that he really appreciated it. He added that he'd recently heard a passing conversation when he was in an Uber, which said that people should be celebrating each other.
And that made him even more grateful with his connection to Beyoncé. "She's really someone who does that at every step of the way," he mused.

The Country Artist Was Getting Advice From Beyoncé Since Day One
Of course, with someone who's been so nice to him ever since she worked with him, do you really think Beyoncé wouldn't have been doing that ever since they first met?
Well, that's exactly what happened. He previously opened up about one particularly great piece of advice Beyoncé had given him.
Per People, he explained that he really didn't feel like he was on her level. "When I was recording the songs on her album, [I was like], 'Oh man, I can't do these runs' or 'I am nowhere near the vocalist, performer or anything Beyoncé is.' And I kind of got in my head about that."
But, Beyoncé helped dispel those fears. "What they told me was, 'Hey, we brought you here for you to do you, for you to be yourself.' Just be confident in the fact that you are different, you are unique and that's what people are going to resonate with."
It's really heartwarming to see how artists interact with each other, and form friendships that extend beyond just business and music. We hope that this relationship lasts for many years to come!
