Country Artist Says Married Famous Celeb Once Slid into Her DMs

Hannah Dasher has revealed that she once had a famous celebrity slide into her DMs online, however, she stopped short of naming the person

Hannah Dasher has revealed that she once had a famous celebrity slide into her DMs online. Her revelation came during a recent appearance on the "Like A Farmer" podcast. She got onto the topic when the host asked her about the weirdest DM she'd ever received online.

"Well, I don't know that I could share it because they're famous and married," Dasher said. "So let me think of another one. I could have gone on some pretty big tours, you know, if I wasn't a Christian. Golly, the weirdest DM that I've gotten. I guess that would be it, right? I don't know."

Dasher did stop short of naming the celebrity, which they're surely grateful for. After all, that would have turned their life and their relationship upside down. Still, that doesn't mean that fans won't be speculating as to who that celebrity was, and what the DM said. Although most of us can probably imagine.

In 2021, Dasher signed with Sony Music Nashville. She released her debut EP titled "The Half Record." That release features singles such as "Leave This Bar." Unfortunately for Dasher, shortly after that EP went out, Sony Music Nashville pulled the plug on her deal.

Hannah Dasher Spoke on Losing Her Sony Deal

During the podcast appearance, Dasher discussed losing her record deal with Sony.

"I think losing my record deal was a huge humbling that needed to occur in me and it was the last thing that I thought was ever going to happen," she said. "But the devil will steal your confidence when moments like that happen."

She continued by explaining that she never moved to Nashville to please others. Instead, she made the move for herself and the love of creating music.

"And so I just had to remind myself that I didn't move to this town for anybody but me," she continued. "And you know that I have people that love me and depended on me and I just knew that I needed to um to get out of that lull and to start writing songs again."

For now, Dasher has taken time away from writing music. She went viral during COVID for her "Stand By Your Pan" videos on TikTok. Now, she's writing a cookbook off the back of that success.

However, sooner or later, we'll likely hear more from Dasher and her musical talents.
