There's nothing quite like a big, juicy steak cooked to perfection.
Usually, you can only get that kind of greatness served up on a plate by heading to your favorite steakhouse, or by firing up the grill in your backyard. If you're camping in the great outdoors, cooking a giant steak may seem like an almost impossible task. In the video, Robert Stanton describes each step in the process of cooking a steak at your campsite. Before you cook, you need to make sure your campfire is well-built and sturdy. Find a large, dry stone to place in the center of your fire. This will act as the cooking surface for your steak and needs to be heated around 30 minutes before you actually place the meat on the fire. After that, it just takes a bit of patience and skill to cook up your slab of steak.
