Cody Johnson knows what kind of actor he would want to play him if he ever made a biopic about his life and career. Johnson doesn't have any specific actors in mind, but at least knows what he would want if he were doing the casting.

"I don't know who would play me in a movie of me," Johnson admits. "Because I'm guessing if they made one, I'd probably be too old to play the part. I'm hoping somebody very young and good looking and athletically fit and well spoken and charming and all those things that I wish I was."
If there was a movie about Johnson's life, he has the perfect song for it: his current single, "The Fall."
"'The Fall' is one of those songs that I feel like should be on a movie soundtrack. ... It should be on a movie soundtrack," the singer maintains. "It paints that picture of - you can see the struggle to get to the success. And I think for me, I picture guys like Michael Jordan. You see all the work and all the tired and the angry and the tears and the blood, and you get to the successful moment.
"You can even apply that to relationships, too," he adds. "But it has that overall movie quality about it."
Cody Johnson's Expanding Family
Things are going well for Johnson in his professional and personal life. The Texan recently revealed that his wife Brandi is expecting their third child, and first son.
"I didn't care if this one was a boy or a girl, but I was pretty happy when I saw the gender reveal," Johnson acknowledges to People.
Johnson's new son will join his two big sisters at home.
"You can't beat my girls," the proud father boasts. "I love my two girls with all my heart. They're 10 and 8, Clara and Cori, and I think I'm excited to watch them help raise this little boy."
Still, Johnson concedes his son will have a different upbringing than his daughters, thanks to his recent success in country music.
"[I'm] a lot better off now as far as career and financially, than I was when we had [my daughters]... He's gonna get a horse a little quicker than my kids did," Johnson jokes. "He's going to get to do some things a little quicker than my daughters did."
