Coconut Lime Rum Popsicles

Captain Jack Sparrow's favorite, our Coconut Lime Rum Popsicles combine the creamy flavor of coconuts with tart lime for a boozy surprise.

  • 1 15-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup limeade
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (We love TreeHive!)
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until the mixture is creamy, smooth, and fully incorporated. You'll know it reaches the perfect consistency when it looks like melted ice cream.
  • Pour into molds. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight for best results. Consume immediately, preferably beachside.
