Coconut Lime Rum Popsicles
Captain Jack Sparrow's favorite, our Coconut Lime Rum Popsicles combine the creamy flavor of coconuts with tart lime for a boozy surprise.
- 1 15-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
- 3 tsp lime zest
- 1 cup limeade
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (We love TreeHive!)
- 1 tbsp honey
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until the mixture is creamy, smooth, and fully incorporated. You'll know it reaches the perfect consistency when it looks like melted ice cream.
- Pour into molds. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight for best results. Consume immediately, preferably beachside.
If you use TreeHive Maple Syrup + Honey, you can simply add 2 tablespoons to your recipe instead of individually adding the maple syrup and honey.
