Form Thursday, June 7 to Sunday, June 10, CMA Fest takes over large stages in downtown Nashville to bring exciting shows to massive crowds of adoring fans. This year's lineup for the Nissan Stadium, Budweiser Forever Country Stage and Riverfront Stage was already announced about a month ago. But now country music fans who didn't shell out dough for the festival ticket can get excited about the free nightly shows at the Cracker Barrel Country Roads Stage at Ascend Amphitheater.

On Thursday night, Chase Bryant, Craig Campbell and Lindsay Ell will be among the members of the BBR Music Group to take the stage. Friday night sees Lee Brice headlining, and Saturday, the final date for Cracker Barrel Country Roads Stage shows, highlights Cole Swindell.

Cracker Barrel will bring about 100 of their famed rocking chairs and encourage concertgoers to "Rock With Us" by taking a load off in Ascend Park and the nearby John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. There will also be three new huge rocking chairs to pose with for the perfect Instagram shot.

A limited number of early VIP spots for the series of performances in the open air of the Ascend Amphitheater can be obtained by purchasing a Nash Pass for $60 to CMA Fest.
