Wood Work shows Clint and his wife Kelly as they juggle the growing orders for their own businesses. Clint's custom carpentry outfit "Harp Design Co." and Kelly's design company "Harp At Home" are busier than ever. But how did Harp get his start? And how did he form ties with the Gaines family? Here's what you need to know about Clint Harp and his incredible journey to HGTV fame.

Harp's story is truly incredible. It's hard to find a stable career in woodworking these days, especially doing it as an independent entity. But with a little determination, luck and the support of the Gaines family, Clint has made his dreams a reality.

It's unclear when a full season of Wood Work will hit HGTV, but the pilot episode will air this Saturday, March 26. Harp isn't the only one getting a Fixer Upper spinoff. Joanna Gaines will also be featured in a new series that will give fans an inside look at her design methods. Don't be surprised if you see Clint pop up in an episode or two as well. Flip or Flop, another popular HGTV renovation series, will also expand to Texas beginning next year.
