Chris Young has released a video for his new hit single, "'Til The Last One Dies." The video comes only a couple of weeks after Young first released the song, which is his first single on Black River Entertainment.

"I'm blown away with the support I'm already seeing from fans and country radio on 'Til The Last One Dies'" Young says. "I'm grateful, and couldn't ask for a better start as a Black River Entertainment recording artist."

"'Til The Last One Dies" was written by Ben Hayslip, Seth Mosley, and Jordan Walker. Although Young writes most (but not all) of his songs, he knew right away that "'Til The Last One Dies" was meant for him.

"Songs like this don't come along every day, and I haven't released a 'wedding love song' in a while," he says. "Those songs are a core part of who I am as an artist. I've been doing this for a long time, and yet this feels like a new chapter. It's invigorating for me as a creator."

Chris Young's New Record Label Home

"'Til The Last One Dies" is Young's first single on Black River Entertainment. Young announced late last year that he was leaving his longtime record label, RCA Records, where he had been for almost two decades.

"I had been at Sony for almost 19 years," Young tells Taste of Country Nights. "My deal was actually up, so I was like, 'I get to play free agent for once.'"

Although Young was ready to leave RCA Records, he had no idea that he would so quickly sign with another record company.

"I was just gonna take a whole bunch of meetings," Young recalls. "My very first meeting was with Black River Entertainment. Sat with them for three hours. Played the new music -- they loved all the songs. They gave me everything I asked for and more."

Whatever Young and Black River Entertainment are doing, it's working. "'Til The Last One Dies" was the most-added at country radio the week it was released. It was also the most adds Young ever received in the first week, for any of his singles.
