Of course, it takes time to grow such a majestic beard, and there's probably some sort of some sort of spell that has to be cast or one has to complete a quest to earn the right to wield a beard as mighty as Stapleton's, but it's still odd to see him without it. It's almost like seeing a duck without its bill or a tiger without its stripes.

Stapleton recently announced his 2020 All-American Road Show Tour  featuring including Willie Nelson and Family, The Highwomen, Dwight Yoakam, Yola, Jamey Johnson, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Hank Williams, Jr., Kendell Marvel and Margo Price and more.

The country superstar will be joined by Willie Nelson and Family at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas and Lexington, Kentucky's Kroger Field for A Concert for Kentucky. The concert's net proceeds will go to Chris and Morgane Stapleton's Outlaw State of Kind Hometown Fund.

Stapleton will make his headlining debut at Chicago's Wrigley Field with his Aug. 29 show featuring The Highwomen, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and The Dirty Knobs with Mike Campbell.

Stapleton released his breakout album Traveller, featuring "Tennessee Whiskey," in 2015. In 2017, he released From A Room: Vol. 1 and From A Room: Vol. 2.
