See Chris Stapleton Join Pink For Tender Live Performance of 'Love Me Anyway'

During her concert on Tuesday (May 21) at Madison Square Garden, Pink was joined by surprise guest Chris Stapleton. Stapleton joined the pop singer for their new duet "Love Me Anyway," from Pink's newly released album Hurts 2B Human.

Pink kicked off the ballad, which she wrote with Allen Shamblin and Tom Douglas. Stapleton walked out on the stage for the second verse to the roar of the crowd. The "Fire Away" singer added stunning harmonies and traded off vocals on the chorus. Following the performance, Pink bowed down to her duet partner before jokingly falling on the floor in awe.

"That just happened," Pink told the crowd.

On Instagram, the pop superstar again shared her appreciation for Stapleton.

"Tonight. Madison Square Garden. One of my absolute favorite songwriters, favorite voice, and person. Chris Stapleton," Pink wrote. "What an absolute honor to share a stage with you my friend."
