One local radio station helped make a newly married Ohio couple's dream of meeting Chris Stapleton come true.
Ryan Braun and his bride Stephanie are both huge Stapleton fans. "Tennessee Whiskey" was the first dance at their wedding.
They had planned on seeing Stapleton's show when he came to town this year, but his concert fell on the day of their wedding. Fortunately, the couple held their wedding reception at a venue next door to the concert venue.
With a little help from local radio station B105, the couple took a break from their reception to meet their favorite artist. The station arranged for golf carts to ferry the couple from the reception to the venue, where they got to meet with Stapleton backstage. Needless to say, they were thrilled.
Stapleton spoke with them briefly, took some pictures with them and even signed a guitar for the couple. Then, they were rushed back to the reception to finish their own party. Now that's dedication!
Stapleton isn't the only country star to meet newlyweds recently. Earlier this week, we shared a story about how Tim McGraw gave a surprise performance of "My Little Girl" during the father-daughter dance at a wedding.
