We've got some great news for fans of Fixer Upper stars, Chip and Joanna Gaines! The couple's bed and breakfast, The Magnolia House, will soon be taking reservations for 2017. Yes, that means you can stay in a home renovated by the couple that they actually designed to replicate their own farmhouse.
The Magnolia House is located in a town outside of Waco, Texas called McGregor. Fans of Fixer Upper may remember that they showed this house to a couple on the show. When the couple opted for a different home, Chip and Joanna couldn't let this property go. They immediately started renovating it to turn it into a vacation home and B&B.
The official Magnolia Instagram account announced the big news on Aug 11. "You've been waiting patiently.... Magnolia House availability for 2017 goes live NEXT Thursday, August 18! Set yourself a reminder and don't forget to book your Waco get away! For more information click the link in profile!"
The house has Joanna and Chip written all over it. Inside, you'll find white shiplap on every wall (and even the ceilings), Joanna's signature open floor plan, exposed wood shelving in the kitchen and an iron stairway railing.
According to the Magnolia website (where you'll make your reservation), you'll be able to start making reservations on Aug. 18 at 7:00 pm CST. Something tells us you'll have to be quick. We wouldn't be surprised if the entire year is reserved in under an hour. That's just the power of Chip and Joanna Gaines, y'all!
The Magnolia House can sleep eight people and costs $695 per night.
