For the Green Goddess Spread
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste
For The Sandwich
- 4 tortillas
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and and sliced into strips
- romaine lettuce
- In a blender add the mayonnaise, basil, chives, lime juice, garlic, and salt and pepper, and blend until smooth.
- Spread the green goddess spread evenly on the 4 tortillas and top with the chicken and romaine. Wrap tightly and cut in half. Serve.
The green goddess spread can be made 1 day ahead. Pack this in a bag for a great work-ready lunch.
