Brittany Curran has been arrested. According to Burbank police, the Chicago Fire star showed up at the station showing "signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication."

"According to police, Brittany was so drunk she couldn't 'answer basic questions, could not account for how she arrived at the location, and appeared unable to care for her own safety,' TMZ reported.
As such, Curran was charged with being drunk in public.
Curran played Katie Nolan on Chicago Fire, becoming a series regular in the second season. She then returned to the show in the seventh season for a cameo spot. Chicago Fire is still among the most popular shows on network television. It's in its 14th season, with the premier occuring in October 2024.
"I was so happy to go back to Chicago Fire, and that was because of the cast," Curran told One Chicago Center in 2019. "I had been talking to [Derek Haas] when I was on hiatus from The Magicians...I was like I miss Chicago Fire, I want to go back. He was like can you do two shows? And I was like yeah, I think so."

According to IMDB, Curran got her first on-screen acting role on MadTV in 2001. She appeared in one episode, playing the role of Ruthie. The following year, Currant played an uncredited little girl in Power Rangers Wild Force.
It wasn't until 2006 that Curran appeared in a show more than once. She played the role of Carly on Drake & Josh, appearing on two episodes between 2006 and 2007.
She also had a three-episode role on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and a four-episode run on Mr. Robinson's Driving School. Both of those roles occurred in 2007.
In 2009, Curran landed the role of Lucy in Men Of A Certain Age, making 13 appearances between 2009 and 2001. She followed that up with a 10-episode stint in Twisted where she played the role of Phoebe Daly.
Outside of Chicago Fire, Curran's biggest role came on The Magicians, where she appeared in 42 episodes between 2017 and 2020.
IMDB notes that Curran has an upcoming role in The Heart Brake which is currently in post-production.
No further details of her arrest have been made public at this time.
