Ingredients
- 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and cheddar until smooth. Beat in the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter and scoop the cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap. Using the wrap, press the mixture into a ball. Roll in almonds. Serve with crackers.
Notes
Make sure to use sharp cheddar in this recipe for the best flavor.
You can make this a day in advance and chill it in the fridge.
