The 46-year-old was photographed with her boyfriend, Jamie Mazur, 56, in Malibu, California, on Sunday.
Phillips and Mazur have been dating since 2024.
Celebrity Spotted After Life-Saving Kidney Transplant
On July 7, Phillips revealed that she had undergone a kidney transplant at UCLA as she continues her battle with kidney disease.
She shared a photo from hospital and praised her surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Veale, for the procedure.
"He only cut the facia! He didn't cut the muscles so I didn't even really need much pain medication at all, just Tylenol!," she wrote.
"I feel at five days out like I did four months after my last surgery!"
"I am beyond beyond grateful to everyone who rushed into help me, get checked to donate, you are all hero's!"
According to Page Six, Phillips previously received a kidney transplant from a friend in 2017.
That transplant ultimately failed, leaving her in need of another donor.
Phillips Previously Pleaded for Kidney Donor
After her transplanted kidney failed, Phillips' representative said she had been hospitalized and was undergoing dialysis while waiting for another donor, adding that "time was of the essence."
Phillips also made an emotional public appeal for help.
"I need help finding a kidney," Phillips wrote on social media. "I'm asking as a friend, a sister, an aunt, and most importantly, as a single mother to an incredible and brave daughter. I am in need of a kidney."
The actress has previously shared that she was born with underdeveloped kidneys.
She said her first transplant gave her "8 precious years to be a mother to my daughter," before explaining that she later experienced "many complications."
"Please help me find a living donor so that I can have more time with my daughter, family, and friends," she added.
Phillips shares 12-year-old daughter Fianna with her ex-husband, Danny Masterson.
She filed for divorce from Masterson in September 2023 after he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison on two counts of rape. Thus, ending a marriage that had lasted nearly 12 years.
