It can be challenging for some of us to beat stress, especially at night. It's truly the worst! If you're at your wits' end or are just simply tired of taking melatonin, you ought to give CBD cookies a try.
I can't think of a better way to unwind. Everyone loves a good ol' sweet snack before bed and a chance to feel relaxed. I tried Sow Eden's Chocolate Chip CBD Cookies, and yes, they work. As someone relatively new to the world of CBD oil, I have to say that edible CBD products are the way to go.
Are CBD Cookies Legal
Yes, they are! Typically, CBD edibles do not contain THC. (THC is the ingredient in cannabis plants that make you feel high.)
Although Sow Eden's cookies have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), they do not contain THC.
How Does CBD Oil Make You Feel
CBD oil does not contain THC, so there are no psychoactive effects that make you feel "high." The golden brown chocolate chip cookies made me feel mellow. Not mellow as in "I could just pass out any minute," but just relaxed and ready for bed.
I usually scroll social media for hours once I'm in bed, but after one hour of consuming Sow Eden's chocolate chip CBD cookies, I was ready to set my phone down and enjoy a good night's sleep.
My Overall Rating of Sow Eden's CBD Cookies
Since they are the first CBD product I've tried, I can't compare them to anything else, but I am impressed. Only one cookie per night will do the trick for me. Each bag contains 10 cookies, with 25 mg of CBD each.
These high-quality cookies contain enriched flour, toffee bits, salted butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, chocolate chips, pecans, vanilla extract, broad-spectrum hemp extract, baking soda, and salt.
Let's compare these to the CBD gummies. Charlotte's Web Sleep Gummies contain 10 mg per serving. Since the CBD cookies contain 25 mg, I'd say they're what you're looking for if you need that extra kick to calm you down.
The broad spectrum cookies taste delicious. They do contain milk and eggs, so, unfortunately, they aren't vegan. If you love pecans and Ghirardelli chocolate, you'll enjoy these cookies.
Out of a 5-star scale, I'm going to give these 4.5 stars. I understand 25 mg might be a turn-off for some, but I love it. I do wish there were a bit more product in the bag, but hopefully, I'll try to only eat one on nights where I am just absolutely restless.
I love that they're mini! I ate one in bed without leaving a trace of crumbs. That's a win in my book.
How Much CBD Should I Take
Here is a helpful guide to CBD dosage. The amount of CBD oil you can take daily is recommended by weight typically, so you should keep these out of reach of children who will have a lower tolerance than adults.
Why Do People Love CBD Oil
Cannabinoids are becoming prominent for pain relief, an excellent new option for wellness. The benefits of CBD are truly life-changing for some individuals who use prescription medications. Take Mike Tyson, for example.
Some people use CBD capsules or CBD flowers to achieve the calming effect, while others vape. This is helpful for those with anxiety or insomnia, especially if you're looking to avoid medication.
Mike Tyson admitted that he once became addicted to prescription drugs when he was younger. Cannabidiol is becoming a popular product for athletes to turn to when managing pain. CBD tinctures are typically budget-friendly and last a long time.
If you're curious about CBD oil and aren't entirely sure if it's safe for your body, be sure to consult your primary care provider for a doctor's advice. (Especially if you have a serious medical condition.)
