Staying fit is an important part of life no matter what your profession. When your job is to go out on tour and sing and dance every night, fitness is the most important part of your life.
Carrie Underwood believes this too, and recently figured out a way to make the most of her workouts while on tour.
She built her own gym.
Underwood posted on Instagram earlier this week about using her new mobile gym to stay fit on her "Storyteller" tour.
"My new motto is: #ShreddedBySummer. I'm super excited!" she wrote in the caption.
Underwood has long been an advocate of proper fitness and working out, especially on Instagram. Her husband, Nashville Predators center Mike Fisher, often joins her on her workouts.
Underwood gave birth to her and Fisher's first child, Isaiah, in early 2014. She also recently launched a workout clothing line called Calia By Carrie, which aims to "make it easier for me and all other women to work in working out no matter what."
"Fitness to me -- I've been vocal about it over the years -- is a lifestyle," she said when the clothing line launched.
Between touring, promoting her new album and raising a new baby, she'll need to work in time to stay fit whenever she can.
So when Underwood starts her tour Jan. 30 in Jacksonville, Fla., her mobile gym will be right there with her, helping her along.
