Carly Pearce wants to channel Carrie Underwood, but not in her music. Pearce says she is taking notes from Underwood about another aspect of her career: her health and fitness.

"I always love to cook," Pearce says. "Especially when I moved out and just had my own kitchen, because it's just another way of creativity and creating things. And I would love to do something and mix the way that Carrie has her own fitness line. Try to do something that was based around clean eating, and something that had elements of fitness and what I like, and things like that in there."
Underwood has her own fit52 app, as well as a workout channel, Carr-Dio by Carrie's Country, available on SiriusXM. She also has her Calia line of clothing, and released her health and wellness book, Find Your Path, in 2020.
Carly Pearce's Health
Pearce knows a thing or two about staying healthy, even amid health challenges. Pearce revealed last year she was diagnosed with a heart condition, which she is, fortunately, finding ways to navigate.
"I'm doing a lot better," Pearce tells Fox News. "I'm still kind of just on a health journey in general, just to continue to hope that this recurrent pericarditis isn't recurrent. But I think my biggest piece of advice for anybody is, listen to your body and be your own advocate. Because a lot of times, a lot of doctors dismissed me, and I was persistent until I got a diagnosis."
Pearce felt compelled to tell her fans after her diagnosis, in part because it affected the way she performed.
"I have always been transparent and honest about every part of my life so I feel like this deserves the same honesty," she said at the time. "You guys know that I've been dealing with some health issues and through that, I have developed something called pericarditis, which is a heart issue."
"I've been working with doctors and talking to my cardiologist," Pearce continued. "I still want to be out on the road, it's really important to me but we have all decided that it is in my best interest as I'm healing to alter my shows a little bit."
