Riley Green is an expert at making music videos that are hotter than hot. Take the one he did for "Worst Way." That is an excellent example, Then he made another racy one for "If I Don't Leave I'm Gonna Stay." Green called upon fellow country music star Carly Pearce to help him with it because they recorded the duet. She recently kidded about being part of the sensuous shoot with Green. "If somebody was gonna been [be in] a music video like that with Riley Green, I said, you know, I could sacrifice myself and do it," Pearce said laughingly when she was on Absolute Country Radio.

The Two Had To Get Cozy for the Filming
It's sometimes awkward to do love scenes with people in films, TV shows, and videos. Although Riley Green and Carly Pearce do know each other, they aren't romantically linked. Still, for this video, they had to pretend they were passionate lovers. It made Pearce squirm a bit!
She said per the outlet, "Honestly, and he would tell you the same thing, our first scene, when you're watching the video and our faces are like, right here singing to each other. And you know, I know Riley, he's my friend, we're friendly, whatever, but not like that. It's like, noon on a Tuesday. They're like, alright, we're gonna start with this. They were like, get in there. And I was like, I need a bottle of champagne right now."
Furthermore, Carly Pearce noticed Green's trademark mustache. "And oddly, we both said, for about 30 seconds, it was like, this is so awkward. Like, how are we ever going to do this? I think his mustache touched my lip, like oh my God... I mean, I felt the 'stache."
The Bubbly Helped Her
After a while, she and Riley Green relaxed and got the footage that was needed. For Pearce, the bubbly sure was a factor! They both were giddy (maybe with relief?) by the time they finished the shoot, she mentioned.
"But after that, it was oddly totally fine, It wasn't awkward, we were fine. I did finish a bottle of champagne at the end of the day, so I guess it got easier for me because I was feeling better. But I think there were only two moments where we literally lost it laughing."
