Cam Newton Jumps From Helicopter Onto Speeding Boat In Wild Footage

Special Forces: World's Toughest Test is no joke. Former NFL quarterback Cam Newton has stunned everyone in a viral video as he performed an insane stunt.

The show, inspired by the UK's SAS: Who Dares Wins, debuted its third season on January 8, and it's off to a brilliant start. Newton had to leap from a speed boat to a helicopter as they both raced across the ocean. Being a brilliant athlete, he managed. But just about.

He stood up to the plate and readied himself to jump, but hesitated. Instructors around him yelled at him to jump. Waves crashed into the vessel. Winds whipped.

Newton jumped.

He clambered onto the helicopter's landing skid where he flailed for a moment. Maintaining his grip, he composed himself as he pulled himself inside the chopper.

"You see that? Pressed himself up on a helicopter," said contestant Stephen Baldwin as he and others watched on.

When in the helicopter, Newton roared a battle cry to release his pent energy and adrenaline, only to get immediately scolded. In a real military scenario, you wouldn't want to be screaming.

Internet Reacts To Insane Cam Newton Stunt

The season is off to a good start, and this is one of the more memorable feats we've seen so far. Comments pile up under the viral video to share their thoughts.

"Should Cam lowkey become an action movie star?" one asks. Although Newton's last play was in 2022, he hasn't officially retired. After this, he may pursue more limelight instead of more games. We'll have to see how much the show shakes him up.

"Not surprising. Didn't Cam Newton get into a car accident flipping his truck over and still played the following Sunday?" one recalls. He is an amazing athlete, and I believe he has a decent chance to pass the show.

"The way he pulled himself up, he is not a small dude. That s--t was impressive," another says. The bigger you are, the harder it is to pull your own body weight, after all.

Cam Newton's off to a good start. Let's see what he does next.
