Bunnie Xo Makes Hilarious Admission About Her New Book (It Involves Jelly Roll)

Bunnie Xo's new book is already a New York Times bestseller. However, she has admitted that Jelly Roll has yet to read her work.

Bunnie Xo's Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic is already a New York Times bestseller. The memoir has only been on the shelves for around a month. However, during a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Bunnie Xo revealed that her husband, Jelly Roll, has not read her work.

"I don't think my husband's read the book," Bunnie Xo said. "He had to live with me and also, what man wants to hear about his wife before? So I think he kind of fibs a little bit. And he's like, 'Oh, yeah, I read the book.' But I'm like, 'you didn't read the book,'" she continued. "I think he's taking, like, Cliff Notes from people."

In fairness, Bunnie Xo did admit that she doesn't listen to all of Jelly Roll's music. After all, you can support someone with all your heart, but that doesn't mean you need to read every word or listen to every lyric.

"We have an ongoing joke in our house that any time his song comes on Pandora, I skip it," Bunnie Xo admitted. "And he's like, 'That's messing up my algorithm.' And I'm like, I don't care. But I bust his balls all the time."

Bunnie Xo Addressed Jelly Roll's Infidelity in Her Book

In fairness to Jelly Roll, Bunnie Xo dives into some seriously personal details in her book. In fact, she even opened up about Jelly Roll's infidelity from earlier in their marriage. She spoke about her decision to include that information during a recent interview with US Weekly.

"I don't think anybody can just snap out of it," Bunnie Xo said. "It is a process. You're literally grieving and you're heartbroken but you're still in love with this person. Even though the affair is a part of the book, it's not our story."

Fortunately, Bunnie believes that Jelly Roll's mistake is a key moment in their relationship, as it taught both of them how to look at love.

"It completely changed who we are as humans and how we looked at love," she continued. "We didn't know how to love each other properly. We both were raised in opposite households but weren't taught how to love correctly."

Despite Jelly Roll avoiding her new book, it's clear that millions of people around the world are diving in. It's been a massive success, and clearly Bunnie Xo is enjoying the ride.
