Life is already looking different for Bunnie XO. She's newly single, her divorce is reportedly finalized, and now, she has a brand new home just for herself.

As part of that divorce, Bunnie XO will be keeping an enormous, brand new multi-million dollar home the couple had been building in Tennessee. In a recent episode of her "Dumb Blonde" podcast, Bunnie XO shared her excitement at getting to move into the home.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO are reportedly expecting a baby boy via a surrogate. Despite their separation, they still plan on co-parenting the child. Bunnie XO and the baby will both live in her new home. In a recent video that was posted to TikTok, the podcast host can be seen showing her friend, Matt Matthews, around the newly built mansion.
"'I'm not even happy for you cause this is stupid,'" Matthews can be heard saying in the video as he looks around her new home. "I live in a TrAiLoR compared to this...Girlll this is noiceee...Bunnie I'm coming to live with you!"
Matthews eventually stopped joking around and gave Bunnie XO his true thoughts on her new place.
"In all seriousness tho, it's a gorgeous house.... low key jealous of the closet and makeup room."
Judging by the video and Matthews' reaction, there should be more than enough room for Bunnie XO and their new baby.
Bunnie XO Praises Jelly Roll for His Openness To Co-Parenting
In another recent episode of Bunnie XO's podcast, she spent time praising Jelly Roll, who she refers to as "J" for his willingness to co-parent their surrogate baby, despite their divorce.
"We're going to co-parent together. J is my best friend. Like, this isn't what you guys think this is," Bunnie said on a June 18 episode of her podcast. "Nobody cheated on the other person. It's literally just we served our purpose for each other."
Bunnie XO also noted how they both still intend on raising the baby as a happy and united family.
"And J has been so f---ing great about us still having a baby together. He wants the same thing," she continued at the time. "And we're just going to raise little Nugget as one big happy family."
Clearly, their divorce hasn't changed their minds. Their baby will undoubtedly be showered with love and affection, and that's all anyone can ask for.
