Hours before word spread about the divorce, Bunnie XO seemingly hinted at her feelings about the breakup. The podcaster posted a photo of herself in lingerie. In the racy photo, featuring the podcast host taking off her bra, Bunnie XO included a caption that read: "She's getting her sparkle back."
According to court records obtained by TMZ, the 41-year-old "Bloodline" singer — whose real name is Jason DeFord — filed for divorce from his podcaster wife, Alisa DeFord, on May 18 in Tennessee.

Despite their marriage lasting roughly a decade, the relationship between Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO was not without flaws.
One week before their wedding in 2016, Jelly Roll welcomed a son with a different woman.
Bunnie XO told fans on TikTok that the couple temporarily split in 2018.
The couple renewed their vows in Las Vegas in 2023.
In an October 2025 episode of the Human School podcast, Jelly Roll acknowledged: "One of the worst moments of my adulthood was when I had an affair on my wife."
"I wish our story would've went in the way that it never had an affair. I'm in a way glad it happened. But man, I'm proud of who we are today," Jelly Roll said. "I truly am."

Since 2024, the celebrity couple has been open about their desire to expand their family tree.
In her book "Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic," published in February, Bunnie XO said she and Jelly Roll found a surrogate and hoped to have twins.
For now, it appears that such plans are on ice as the two work through divorce proceedings.
