Budweiser’s “Keg” Commercial To Feature Three Superstar Names, Including Post Malone

Budweiser's Super Bowl commercial is scheduled to release on Friday and will feature three huge star names.

When it comes to commercials, there's really only two that matter. Coca-Cola's Christmas commercial and Budweiser's Super Bowl one. And, with the Super Bowl under a month away, and the matchup between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks firmly set, the Budweiser commercial is set to release on Friday, Jan. 30.

Called "keg," the commercial will feature Payton Manning, Post Malone and Shane Gillis, with all three returning to the Super Bowl build up.

The commercial will see the trio suited and booted at a wedding. Manning is holding a pint of Bud Light, leading Gillis to point as say "Oo, what's that?" People reported after getting an early glimpse.

Post Malone then questions whether there's enough beer for everyone, before Manning points out a keg being carried into the event.

Of course, that's where things start going south, as the keg winds up rolling down a hill. Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" is playing as the keg rolls away. The comedic value comes from how the partygoers react to the kegs attempted escape, running down the hill behind hit.

This is the second straight Super Bowl commercial feature Post Malone and Gillis. Manning has now appeared in eight of the commercials throughout the years, Gillis in four and Post Malone in two.

Budweiser Is Receiving Praise for Patriotic Super Bowl Commercial

Budweiser has also released a commercial called "American Idols." In its first three days on YouTube, it amassed over 1.8 million views.

"I can't even remember the last time a commercial made me feel this good! Whoever thought of this is brilliant," One viewer wrote in the YouTube comments section.

Another user pointed out that Budweiser's 150th anniversary also coincided with America's 250th birthday.

"Well done! Not only for Budweiser's 150th but for America's 250th!!" they wrote.

Perhaps that's why the commercial was so successful. It was a celebration of patriotism from America's favorite beer brand.

Both of Budweiser's new Super Bowl commercials look to be smash hits. It's the perfect way to get pumped up for the world's biggest sporting event, as we start to count down the days until Sunday, February 8.
