Brian had apparently gotten into a bloody bar brawl before police got involved.
Hickerson Involved in Bloody Bar Brawl
On Saturday night (September 12), authorities were called to Wild Wing Café in South Carolina. The officers were responding to a dispatch call that stated that a person was being assaulted inside the restaurant, according to a statement from Greenville Police (via Fox News Digital).
"Upon arrival, officers located several individuals involved in an altercation and detained multiple patrons while the incident was investigated," police said in a statement to the outlet.
After arriving at the scene, two of the involved persons were identified as Brian Hickerson and his brother Zachary Hickerson.
According to the outlet, Zachary was described as "highly intoxicated" by police officers. They also said that he began to scream obscenities while inside the bar. He was taken into custody on a disorderly conduct charge.
TMZ obtained video of the incident. Sources close to the situation claimed that while inside Brian had picked up a bar stool and "slung it backwards."
