Miller's Arrest Came Right Before a Very Sad Anniversary
The Post noted that Bode Miller's arrest occurred two days prior to the eighth anniversary of the drowning death of his toddler daughter, Emeline. The tragic accident happened at a neighbor's get-together. Per Motherly, the tragedy happened in an instant on an otherwise unremarkable day. In mere seconds, a life can be extinguished and others' lives can be changed forever.
Miller was with their oldest daughter at a softball game that day. His wife, Morgan, was accompanying the couple's younger kids while they were at the neighbor's home. Emeline somehow got out of a door unnoticed and she sadly ended up in the pool.
