Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In two small jars place a small handful of blueberries. Top with the oats, chia seeds lemon zest, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Cover with a lid and shake to mix. Chill overnight.
- In the morning top with the remaining blueberries. Add more milk if desired and serve.
Notes
These oats take about 6-8 hours to fully "cook" in the fridge.
Top with a zest of lemon for extra zing.
