Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Surprise Fans With Free Hometown Concert

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are proving to the world that married life is pretty awesome. The newlyweds surprised their fans in Tishomingo, Oklahoma by giving a free concert together. The intimate acoustic performance was shared on social media by Katy Country 93.1 showing the couple performing at Shelton's Ole Red Restaurant.

The duo performed their 2020 collaboration "Happy Anywhere" that was featured on Shelton's album "Body Language." They then followed up with their duet "Nobody But You" that was released in December 2019 on Shelton's album "Fully Loaded: God's Country." Luckily for us, there is more music coming up from both artists! The concert was said to be a rehearsal for Shelton's upcoming country music tour, with his band scattered around the venue as fans watched from all sides.

Shelton had announced the surprise concert on Twitter, tweeting, "Come on out and get yourself a drink if you're bored...I repeat it's only a rehearsal ... it may not be good but at least it's free!" Following their wedding at Sheltons' Oklahoma ranch, the couple reportedly went to Los Angeles to attend both their careers.

Speaking to a close source of the couple, People stated, "They're both very, very busy this year with work, and this was the only time they could fit in the wedding." The couple said "I do" on July 3rd in a backyard chapel on Shelton's ranch where they were joined by an intimate group of 40 of their friends and family members including Stefani's son, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. Carson Daly officiated the wedding.

The Grammy-award "No Doubt" singer is currently working on her fifth solo album and is preparing for her Las Vegas residency in the fall. Meanwhile, Shelton is filming as a coach on NBC's "The Voice" and is prepping to hit the road in August for his "Friend and Heroes" tour. The country star will be joined by Martina McBride, Trace Adkins, Lindsay Ell, and Tracy Byrd running through early October.
