Noodles, the beloved guitarist for the Offspring, has announced that he needs to step away from touring. He announced his reasoning in a
statement released on the band's social media."It is with deep sadness that I have to announce I need to step away from live performances for a while," he explained. Noodles said that he needed to do this in order to "deal with a sudden and fairly serious health issue."
He continued, "The rest of the band has my back, is super supportive, and will keep rocking you all in my absence." As of now, there hasn't been any update as to who will be filling in for the guitarist and backing vocalist.
"I hope to be back on stage sooner rather than later," his statement continued. "Until then, I will miss all of you with all of my heart."
"Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts. I really appreciate it. -Noodles," his statement finished.
There have been no details as to the health issue that has stopped the guitarist from touring. However, given the "sudden" nature of his health issue, things must be serious.
