Pop superstar Ariana Grande is set to step away from the spotlight after completing her current world tour.

Grande's Eternal Sunshine Tour concludes on September 1 in London. After which the 33-year-old plans to take a break from public life.
This comes amid continued scrutiny surrounding her health and appearance.
Ariana Grande to Take Break After Tour
A representative for Grande confirmed the singer's plans in a statement to PEOPLE.
"Ariana will be taking a step back from visibility after she completes the Eternal Sunshine Tour," the rep said.
"She looks forward to finishing the tour and ending it on a high note, both healthily and happily, and then taking a much-deserved break from public-facing work and appearances, which has led to endless, ongoing public scrutiny."
"This tour has been a beautiful experience for her. She loves her fans and has loved every minute of this tour so much."
The outlet also reported that a source described Grande's concerts as physically demanding.
Although she continues to perform at a "healthily and successfully" high level, the source said the intensity of the shows can take a toll over an extended period.
Singer Continues to Address Public Scrutiny
Grande had also been expected to star alongside her Wicked co-star Jonathan Bailey in the West End revival of Stephen Sondheim's Sunday in the Park with George.
The show will open at London's Barbican Centre next summer.
However, a source said the singer and actress still "cannot wait to support the brilliant team bringing this project to life."
Grande's appearance and overall health have been the subject of public discussion in recent years. Fans have frequently expressed concern over her noticeably slimmer frame.
She addressed those comments in "Yes, And?" from her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine.
"My face is sitting, I don't need no disguise. Don't comment on my body, do not reply. Your business is yours, and mine is mine," the lyrics read.
Grande released her eighth studio album, Petal, on July 31, 2026.
"This album is a fight song, an anthem about the love-hate relationship with the public and their toxicity," the source added.
"This album is not about any romantic partner or breakup in that way."
Looking ahead, Grande will appear alongside Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro in the upcoming Meet the Parents sequel, Focker-in-Law. The movie will release on November 25.
