The Backstreet Boys are back in the studio, but this time they're going country. That's right, the boys are teaming up with Florida Georgia Line to record a new track for the bro-country duo's upcoming album.
If you somehow don't know who the Backstreet Boys are, they're an American boy band that stole the hearts of millions of teenage girls in the '90s. They turned out hit after hit of infectious pop songs during their heyday. With 130 million records sold worldwide since 1993, Backstreet Boys own the top spot for best-selling boy band of all time.
The band is still comprised of original members Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson.
Their collaboration with Florida Georgia Line will be featured on FGL's new album, Dig Your Roots, now available for pre-order. The record will be officially released on August 26.
As for the Backstreet Boys, Brian Littrell said on Instagram to expect a new album in late August.
I don't know how anything can top Millennium, but there's no doubt that the Backstreet Boys fans will be eating up all of the new music as fast as they can.
