America's Got Talent winner and teenage guitar phenom Nene Royal is enjoying an extended stay in the spotlight following her victory on the popular television show.

Fresh from taking the crown, the 16-year-old is now set to open for rock giants Avenged Sevenfold in Singapore on October 13.
The rock band's promoter and Nene herself shared the news on Instagram on Thursday. The announcement marks another major milestone in the teenager's rapid rise.

"The stage is about to get LOUDER," the Instagram post read, with the announcement describing Nene as a "very special guest".
"Fresh off America's Got Talent Season 21, NENE ROYAL is taking that winning energy to Singapore as she gets ready to open for AVENGED SEVENFOLD!" the post continued.
"Singapore, you're in for a night to remember!"
The announcement received more than 150,000 likes, while thousands of excited fans flooded the comments section.
"How long before she gets her own world tour of her doing say 12-15 classic rock cover songs!!!," one user wrote.
Another added, "She deserves it! Dream come true! Congrats"
Nene Royal Continues Rapid Rise After $1 Million Win
Nene has experienced a remarkable rise in recent months.
The Thai musician first captured widespread attention through her rendition of The Cranberries' "Zombie". This was during her audition for the 21st season of America's Got Talent.
The original TikTok video has since attracted more than 165 million views. The viral performance established her as a fan favorite early in the competition.
She continued to impress throughout the season on her way to clinching the $1 million prize.
Nene also performed onstage with Mexican rock trio The Warning. As well as U.S. rock group Linkin Park during her run on the show.
The teenager is reportedly working on her debut EP as she looks to build on her talent show victory and newfound fame.
Her upcoming performance with Avenged Sevenfold will take place at Singapore Indoor Stadium, which can accommodate as many as 15,000 spectators.
Several major artists and entertainers have headlined the venue in 2026, including OneRepublic, One Ok Rock and Matt Rife.
Avenged Sevenfold will help deliver a rock-heavy end to the venue's 2026 calendar, with My Chemical Romance and Simple Plan also scheduled to perform there in November.
