Lee Ann Womack, Brandy Clark and More to Play 2018 AmericanaFest

This year, from Sept. 11 through Sept. 16, the AmericanaFest 2018 will take over Nashville, featuring over 250 musical acts with American roots backgrounds. Country, blues, folk and rock artists will play venues like The Mercy Lounge, Cannery Ballroom, City Winery Nashville and Musicians Corner.

Seventy-four musicians have recently been named as part of this year's fest, including several who are sure to draw a large crowd like Lee Ann Womack & Friends, American Aquarium, Alejandro Escovedo and Brandy Clark. A full list of the 74 newly announced acts can be found below. Those who are eagerly anticipating the rest of the lineup can download the AmericanaFest app to get timely updates.

AmericanaFest is reminiscent of SXSW in the way it takes over small venues across the city, but thankfully this festival doesn't bare the hefty price tag of a SXSW badge. Passes are already available for AmericanaFest 2018 on their website for $75.
