Alan Jackson is Letting Fans Choose His Tour Openers

Alan Jackson is hitting the road for his 2019 tour on Jan. 25 and he's giving fans a say in who some of the tour openers will be.

While William Michael Morgan and Randy Houser are set as openers for select dates, Jackson is allowing fans to vote on the artists who'll fill two "wild card" slots on the tour.

Fans can currently vote for their favorite performers on the AJ's Good Time Bar website. Voting ends Friday, Feb. 8 at 4 p.m. CT. All of the artists have performed at the downtown Nashville honky tonk, which Jackson opened in 2016.

In addition to Morgan and Houser, Jackson will be joined on tour by Amanda Daughtry, Jay Bragg and James Carothers.

The first leg of Jackson's 2019 tour will kick off in Louisville, Ky. with William Michael Morgan and will wrap up on Sept. 21 in Jacksonville, Fla.

This won't be the first time the country legend has given a boost to young talent. Brad Paisley, Chris Young, Lauren Alaina and Jon Pardi all toured with Jackson when they were rising country stars.
