Vikings running back and Texas native Adrian Peterson's home is now up for sale, and the Houston-area mansion will totally blow you away. Located in The Woodlands, Peterson's estate is currently listed for $8.5 million by real estate group The Kink Team.
Peterson recently suggested possible retirement due to the bore of practices and OTA's (organized team activities), but it looks like he won't be living the retired life in his Houston mansion.
With 10,852 square feet of interior space and a 9-acre property, Peterson's Texas mansion is enormous. It's also secluded, surrounded by a lush wooded area and gated for ultimate privacy.
The interior of the home is decorated with European-style decor and detailing. You'd be snoozing like royalty in any of the six luxurious bedrooms.
Even the bathrooms are opulent and extravagant. Somehow this wallpaper works.
The main living areas are no less impressive. The kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, dark wood cabinetry and brick accenting.
The multiple sitting areas in the home are luxe, inviting and stick to the theme of the home.
Peterson's house was specifically designed for entertaining, so it's no surprise the property also has a movie theater.
Beautiful patios, an outside kitchen and a large pool area all make up the 1,700 square feet of outdoor living space.
