As reported by Entertainment Weeklythe claims were made in a lawsuit filed on Feb. 25. An unnamed model from the United Kingdom accused the Back to the Future star of battery, fraud, malicious prosecution, wrongful eviction, infliction of emotional distress, and violations of California's Bane Act.

In the complaint, the model claims that Glover "coerced her into living with him." He allegedly also tracked her movements, assaulted her, left "a visible wound and scar on her neck," and forced her to "serve him as a live-in girlfriend/sex slave."

She also claims that Glover lured her to Los Angeles, promising her a home and job. However, the actor evicted her, leaving her homeless.

Crispin Glover Is Countersuing

The 62-year-old Glover is seeking to strike the malicious prosecution charge from the lawsuit. He states he is providing texts, photos, and a copy of an alleged temporary restraining order filed on March 4 against his accuser to refute her claims.

Additionally, he has filed a countersuit alleging assault, battery, intrusion into private affairs, and unlawful trespass.

In the complaint, Glover says his accuser's behavior was "willful, fraudulent, oppressive, and malicious." He is demanding a jury trial and seeking damages.

The Actor Calls the Lawsuit a "Shakedown"

Glover claims in his motion that his accuser contacted him online in 2015. They had a brief relationship in 2023. He now says that she saw him as an "individual with means [who] could help her to finance her life."

In the declaration supporting his motion, Glover claims that his accuser stayed with him for three nights in Europe and 16 nights in the United States. He then alleges that she asked him to deceive others by saying that they were married in an Islamic ceremony.

He refused, which led her to begin "acting erratically." She returned to the actor's home with an "unknown man." The two "verbally and physically attacked" him, Glover claims. He says the police were called, and they arrested and jailed the woman. A photograph of Glover with a bloody gash on his face was included in the declaration, along with the alleged restraining order.

Glover says the allegations that he held his accuser captive are "patently and provably false." He adds that the lawsuit, which came more than two years after the alleged attack, is a "shakedown."
