Alan Jackson is mourning the loss of a young fan who lost his brave battle with cancer.

Seven-year-old Alan Jackson fan "JDub" has been fighting cancer for two years. According to CBS 8, JoshuaJohn Waldrop was diagnosed with stage IV liver cancer and lung cancer at just four years old. He bravely fought the heartbreaking diagnosis but passed away on Jan. 24.
Jackson posted a special tribute to his young fan on Facebook. He shared a photo of them together, with JDub posing on a motorcycle. "RIP JDub! You touched a lot of hearts and brought a lot of people together," he wrote. "You'll forever be our sweet little blue eyed cowboy! Please keep his family in your prayers!"
