An accuser of Bill Cosby wants him to be held in contempt. This comes after he allegedly didn't pay her a "single penny" of her $19.25 million sexual assault judgment. As reported by Complex, Donna Motsinger has asked a judge to file the motion.
Motsinger also claimed that Cosby "disregarded orders" to release details about his finances, including bank accounts, income, and assets.
This comes after an October 9 court order from a judge that intended to make Cosby release his finances. Motsinger's filings allege he intentionally "resisted the order" and would have an arrest warrant issued if he does not appear in court for this filing.

Her filings also paint a picture of the sentencing she is seeking if he is given a guilty verdict on this case.
The filing explained she is seeking $1,000 in fines and 5 days in prison for each violation. She also requested for him to pay her lawyer's fees. The filings also state that she wants him to be kept in jail if he doesn't comply.
This comes after she was awarded damages after a California jury found him liable in a civil suit back in March. At the time, per Complex, she said of the case, "It has been 54 years to get justice... I know it's not complete for the rest of the women, but I hope it helps them a little bit."
She added that she was happy she was "believed". "He in some way has to be accountable for what he did to me."
However, at the time, Cosby released a statement that he was not doing well in terms of money. "Due to allegations, whether they be newspaper, radio, television, magazines, or just plain Internet, I have not worked in about 10 years or more."
"That means I have not earned a cent through my being an entertainer, a writer, a television performer, except in reruns... My net worth has gone down like a submarine with no motor."
