"It's my dad and my mom. They had no idea. So, then I'm looking at this, and I go, 'What the hell?'" Dylan said. "A lot of stuff started to make sense. Because one of my aunts was a twin. But she was one of the twins who ate her twin in the womb. And when they cut open a cyst in her shoulder, it had teeth and hair."

Disney Star Makes Shocking Revelation About His Ancestry

"I've found a lot of family members, weirdly, who I never met, because my dad's side of the family is pretty fractured. I started to talk to them, compare and contrast," Dylan began to explain on Tuesday's episode of the "Wildmen Podcast."

That's when the former Suite Life of Zack & Cody star revealed the most shocking thing he found out about his family heritage. Dylan noted that ancestors on both his maternal and paternal sides lived in California during the Gold Rush in the 1800s and that by the end of the century, the two sides of his family had been joined by marriage.

"And then they diverged, and then they married again [through] my mom and my dad," he added.

The actor also noted that he called his brother to share the shocking news with him.

"I called Cole, I showed him a picture. I was like, 'Dude, I just found out some f--ing crazy s--t.' The only reason I started to get suspicious is that when I started talking to my dad's side of the family. I found out that his uncles were identical twins," he said.

Dylan also added: "I'd only ever thought that identical twins or twins in general came from my mom's side of the family. We had seven sets of twins in four generations ... because it's the same family!"

Cole had a great reaction to the viral story. He shared a snapshot of an aggregated article about the story. And said: "No media training on earth can prep you to read this clickbait headline at 10 am,"
