The "Old Town Road" singer popped the question to actress Elizabeth Hurley, TMZ and Page Six reported.

Cyrus, 65, and Hurley, 61, have been dating for just over a year after publicly announcing their romance last year on Easter Sunday.

The Hannah Montana alum hinted at an engagement on social media, posting a ring emoji while promoting his new song "Party's In The Back".

"This is the most fertile solid ground I have stood on in a long time," the Instagram post began. "I like seeing people's dreams come true. I'm so excited for the show this weekend teaming up with NASCAR in Phoenix !!! Kinda has a ring ? to it."

Billy Ray Cyrus on the Verge of Fourth Marriage

This will be the fourth marriage for Cyrus, who has six children, including Grammy winner Miley Cyrus.

He was married to Cindy Smith from 1986 to 1991 and Tish Cyrus from 1993 to 2023, the same year he married Firerose.

Hurley, who divorced businessman Arun Nayar in 2011, has been married just once.

Earlier this month, Hurley spoke about her budding romance with Cyrus, stating that the duo shares "a lot more similarities than [people] think."

"We have the same hair. Identical hair. Apart from his beard, we're actually like twins," she joked.

Hurley admitted it's an "unlikely pairing in some ways," but also noted that they have "quite similar lives" and align in many ways.

The engagement continues a busy week for the Cyrus family.

Earlier this week, Miley Cyrus and her mother, Tish, were honored at the Downtown Women's Center 2026 Every Woman Housed Gala in Los Angeles.

Miley, who donated $1 million to the non-profit charity My Friend's Place, which will help fund its new housing development in Los Angeles' Skid Row, spoke about her passion for providing needy youth with proper shelter and resources.

"I have always thought of home as my safe place. I have always had my family who loved me and supported me no matter what."

She added, "I started MCF to honor the women in my life. Especially my mom and my grandma, who always inspired me to give back. [They] taught me that your heart is the most important," the "Flowers" singer said. "No matter what I achieve. The kind of person I am when it comes to being kind, compassionate, generous...that's what matters and defines me. That's why I care so much about this work."
