The victims against the counter following the crash in Jacksonville were two customers and the salon's manager, according to Miami outlet WSVN.
Footage shared by the outlet shows the black BMW barreling through the salon's front doors. As the glass shatters, the car seemingly doesn't slow down at all, slamming into two customers talking to the store manager at the front counter.
In the harrowing footage, one pinned customer can be seen gesturing at the BMW's driver following the crash.
Zinke's Salon owner, Bert Peterson, told WSVN that the three people were left without major injuries.
"First thing you say is... how did they even survive?" told the outlet on Oct. 13.
That said, the customers, later identified as husband and wife Stephan Simpson and Aubrey Simpson-Gotham, reportedly had their fair share of hospital bills following the Oct. 10 incident.
South Florida's NBC6 reports that Aubrey ended up with 4 stitches on her head, with Stephan telling the outlet his ribs still hurt following the mishap. Audrey also received treatment for anxiety at the hospital after the harrowing crash.
20 Employees Out of Work Following BMW Crashing Through Florida Hair Salon
The good news of no major injuries comes with a not-so-silver lining. The damage to the Florida salon is obviously extensive and has put about 20 employees out of work.
However, Peterson is doing his best to roll with the aftermath, sharing an odd saying he insists is an old adage.
"You know the saying, don't eat an elephant at one time. So we're just trying to do it piece by piece," he told WSVN.
This includes leading customers to other locations and rebuilding. Peterson believes the location will be shuttered for at least a week.
"We're just happy that, at the end of the day, everybody got to go home and we'll just pick up the salon from here," he added.
Meanwhile, Peterson plans to donate interesting items damaged in the crash to charity.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is currently investigating the incident.
