What Did Anna Leigh Wilson Do on "The Challenge: Cutthroat"?
A scene from an earlier episode of the reality show's most recent season involving Wilson and co-star Leo Dionicio went viral. Wilson was eliminated from The Challenge: Cutthroat on Wednesday's episode.
In a personal conversation between the two contestants, the married Wilson and Dionicio admitted to each other that they were "horny." Dionicio also told Wilson that she is his "eye candy" and was "trying to f****ng" control" himself.
The 31-year-old Wilson has been married since 2020. She told Page Six her side of what happened on the MTV/Paramount+ reality competition show.
"I did something pretty controversial on national television," she began. She added that she has also "recognized that accountability doesn't mean that I have to plead guilty to the director's cut that everybody else wrote for me."
Wilson also shared in a statement on Instagram that she "crossed the line." She also claimed she apologized to her husband after she got home.
Wilson Said Co-Stars Didn't Make Things Easier
Wilson also told the outlet that she will "own every embarrassing thing that I actually did this season. And trust me, there's enough material there to go around."
But she added that fans and her The Challenge: Cutthroat co-stars added "bonus scenes."
"That's what's making my life so much harder, and honestly that's what they did when we were on the show filming," she said. "It's just non-stop putting out fires and trying to defend myself."
Wilson is referring to a moment in her final episode when Alexis Lete accused her of flirting with John "Johnny Bananas" Devananzio. A pair of his underwear was later found in Wilson's bag, leading to a fight between her and Lete.
"I knew it was plotted," she said. "Like, who wants to take a grown man's underwear? He does everything for the plot."
